Broil King® 8 mm stainless steel rod grids provide excellent heat retention for improved searing performance. These grids are designed to maintain an ideal combination of food surface contact for searing and space that allows heat to radiate from the burner and Flav-R-Wave™.
The grates on the Broil King® stainless steel warming run front-to-back instead of side-to-side, making it easier to slide your spatula under food. In addition, the raised back prevents food from falling off of the back of the warming rack.
