1. Placing your new hot tub in its exact, homeowner prepared location
2. Unwrapping of your new hot tub
3. Installation & assembly of any accessories and cover
4. Delivery of start-up chemical kit

Free delivery does NOT include:

1. Supplying electrical work to bring power to the hot tub location or wiring the hot tub
2. Delivery into a difficult to access location (such as fence removal, decks, rock walls, hilly terrain, etc)
3. Does not include up or down staircases
4. Does not include use of crane or material handler/forklift
5. We do not fill the hot tub with water
